We are committed to your satisfaction. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your roses if there are:

    • Damaged blooms

    • Wilted or poor condition stems

    • Incorrect items

  • Provide clear photos of the issue for quick resolution.

Refund or Replacement:

  • Once reviewed, we will either:

    • Issue a full or partial refund, or

    • Send a replacement order, depending on availability and urgency.

  • Important: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, late claims (beyond 24 hours) may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
